- countries.txt: Convert to mixed case, include in update
- netdb.jsp: Hide all routers by default, sort and tag country names
- oldstats.jsp: Move to stats.jsp

These instructions are for the 1.5 Android SDK.

The build file is not compatible with the 1.1 SDK any more.

1.6 and 2.0 SDKs are untested.
