a475a912e6 * New password manager for storing passwords in router.config 
in consitent ways, including salting and hashing if possible.
    Not hooked in to console yet, lightly tested.

c4a3159b33 Replace ident log with new, general-purpose event log. 
Use for stops, starts, and updates, and others.
Mark all restarts on graphs using the event log.
