- Graph image updates
  - Custom fonts with fallback
  - Left-align legend
  - Thinner restart and graph lines for clarity
  - Separate legend and display period date
  - Text tidyups
- Tweak layout and text of configuration options
- Default width to 400px to avoid info truncation
- 15s and 30s refresh options
