2fe1f97ee0 Debian: Add runtime dependency on libhttpclient-java, 
link to /usr/share/java/httpclient.jar and httpcore.jar.
This is 2 MB of dependencies to replace 20 KB of copied code,
so may not be worth it, esp. for Tails.

e7d48f1d3c - s/classpath/javac.classpath/ I'm fairly sure that this must have been added 
in error.
- add jenkins.cobertura.report target. The jenkins plugin couldn't find the
  sources, so I'm hoping this helps it out.
- add debug lines cobertura needs
